Lead
Our mission is to build Godly men through fellowship,
service, and outreach. We will work to enable men to be the husbands,
fathers, and friends
in our community that God designed them to be, through events and
programs at CrossPointe Church. We will encourage men to be
active in
small groups, holding each other accountable.

Vision
- To give non-Christian men an opportunity to come
into the church and meet Christian men and see what
they are all about.
- To lead men to the Lord. Show them they need a
relationship with the Lord to be good fathers,
husbands, and friends.
- To help men mature in their walk with Jesus, not
only to have a personal relationship with him, but
to also be the spiritual leaders of their families.
- To help men find their S.H.A.P.E. and to
plug them in to serve God through CrossPointe Church
and the community.
- To help men open up and worship more freely
through fellowship, worship, and prayer from the
men's retreat and men's small groups.
- To raise up leaders who will go beyond our walls
at CrossPointe to other churches and communities.

Goals
- Utilize 6-8 telecast sports events per year as a
outreach to the saved and unsaved members of our
community.
- Hold 10-12 fellowship/prayer breakfasts per year, where
men can build relationships with one another through
devotion, fellowship, worship, prayer and the study
of God's word.
- Work 2-3 service days per year where we take care of the body
of CrossPointe.
- To hold at least one yearly men's retreat
where in a fun yet intense manner we learn how God
desires us to be the spiritual leaders of our homes.
To be the husbands, fathers, and friends He intends
us to be.
- To do one community outreach day a year where we
focus on meeting our neighbors and invite them to
CrossPointe to tell them who we are, what we are
about, and how to know Jesus.
- To plan 2 to 4 functions a year that involve our
wives, followed by a class or seminar on marriage
or families.
- To plan 1 to 4 events that involve the children of
our church, including the children of single moms in
our church.
