Jake Foster, Worship Pastor
Wife: Melissa, Daughters: Adelaide & Charlotte
Jake is the Worship Pastor at CrossPointe Church. He has
over 7 years of vocational worship ministry experience
and a genuine passion for music and worship. Jake and
his family are Washington natives and recently moved
back to the Pacific Northwest from California. Jake was
born and raised on a dairy farm in Carnation, WA. He
married his high school sweetheart, Melissa, in 2005. He
has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Seattle Pacific
University, where he majored in Communication Studies
and minored in Music, graduating in 2002. Jake loves
spending time with his wife, two daughters and the family
dog, Oliver. He enjoys playing sports, listening to
great music, spending time on the family farm and
sharing a good meal with friends and family. |

Ray Master, Pastor of Family
Ministries
Wife: Jill, Sons: Aaron & DanielRay has been in
ministry for over 13 years and his passion is to see
whole families growing in their walk with Christ. He
earned a M.A. in Christian Education from Golden Gate
Baptist Theological Seminary in 2004. Ray loves to read, watch
movies, and spend time with his family. He also enjoys
playing softball and soccer, as well as the piano,
guitar, bass and drums, and teaching piano lessons. |

Marci Lukehart, Preschool Ministries
Director
Husband: James, Children: Katherine & Scott
Marci has lived in North King County/South Snohomish
County her entire life except when she was attending
Washington State University where she attained a B.S. in
Home Economics. She has been involved in the Preschool
Ministry in various capacities over the past 25 years.
She enjoys "playing" with the children and taking
advantage of the teachable moments. Her favorite
pastimes include kayaking, hiking, gardening and
spending time at the cabin she and her husband built on
Camano Island.

Chris Butters, Facilities Manager
Wife: Lisa, Children: Jenny, Katie, Eric, Kyle
Chris and Lisa have been married for 17 years and she
has truly come to be his best friend. He was born and
raised in San Diego, CA and came to know Christ as his
Savior in his adult years. Chris came to be self
employed in 1990 making custom fine furniture and
enrolled in the Furniture Technology Program at Palomar
College in San Diego. He and Lisa served the Lord as
Missionaries for 9 years on the boarder of Mexico at the
headquarters of Tecate Mission International as the
Facility/Maintenance Supervisor. He has since undergone
extensive training in a variety of Federal Asbestos
Management Certifications, along with Emergency Search
and Rescue. Chris has led and participated in a variety
of evangelistic outreach efforts, taught Bible studies
in the community and in Sunday school, along with
leading a home fellowship study. He enjoys playing with
his children, making furniture, camping, and racquetball
and has personal goals to eventually attend Seminary
with emphasis in Biblical Studies and to assist in
encouraging the body of Christ to have a fervent
relationship with our Lord. |
