Rick is the lead pastor of CrossPointe Church having moved from Marin County, CA where he and Joy started a new church.  Rick has over 18 years of ministry experience including youth, college, young singles, and Senior Pastor and his father was a seminary professor.  As a child and young adult he has had the opportunity to travel to Africa, Haiti, The Dominican Republic, much of Europe, and Canada in missions capacities.  He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Criswell College in Dallas, TX with a double major in Biblical Studies and Christian Counseling.  Rick then earned a Master of Arts in Theology from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary and is in the final stages of completing his Doctorate of Ministry.

Ray has been in ministry for over 13 years and his passion is to see whole families growing in their walk with Christ. He earned a M.A. in Christian Education from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary in 2004. Ray loves to read, watch movies, and spend time with his family. He also enjoys playing softball and soccer, as well as the piano, guitar, bass and drums, and teaching piano lessons.

Dave has been involved in worship music for many years beginning in youth group at First Baptist Church of San Jose, Calif. The last 20 years he has been serving the Lord through the Creative Arts Ministry at CrossPointe with his wife Laurie and son Jason. One of his passions is mentoring the younger generations, preparing them to serve and lead us into the future. When he is not up front leading worship or directing from the back, he enjoys traveling with Laurie, spending lots of “papa time” with Jani and Dave and working in his greenhouse.
 

Chris and Lisa have been married for 17 years and she has truly come to be his best friend. He was born and raised in San Diego, CA and came to know Christ as his Savior in his adult years. Chris came to be self employed in 1990 making custom fine furniture and enrolled in the Furniture Technology Program at Palomar College in San Diego. He and Lisa served the Lord as Missionaries for 9 years on the boarder of Mexico at the headquarters of Tecate Mission International as the Facility/Maintenance Supervisor. He has since undergone extensive training in a variety of Federal Asbestos Management Certifications, along with Emergency Search and Rescue. Chris has led and participated in a variety of evangelistic outreach efforts, taught Bible studies in the community and in Sunday school, along with leading a home fellowship study. He enjoys playing with his children, making furniture, camping, and racquetball and has personal goals to eventually attend Seminary with emphasis in Biblical Studies and to assist in encouraging the body of Christ to have a fervent relationship with our Lord.
